George Clooney has proven to be quite the playboy. Here's a look at girlfriends from his past (and one wife.)

Actor George Clooney has become as known for his love life as he has for his acting, directing and humanitarian efforts (not to mention his bromance with Brad Pitt). After ending things with Stacy Keibler in July 2013, in April 2014 Clooney became engaged to British lawyer Amal Alamuddin, who represented WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. Former WWE star and "Dancing With the Stars" alum Keibler kept Clooney locked down for two years. The two allegedly split due to too much time apart.

Larson must have been special to Clooney, because she was the first woman to accompany Clooney to the Academy Awards. Their year-long affair began in 2007. Larson won an episode of 'Fear Factor' and went on to a modeling career, earning a spot on People Magazine's coveted "Most Beautiful People" list for 2008.

Clooney was rumored to have dated and quickly dumped the "Desperate Housewives" star. She revealed that year to Vanity Fair that a "mystery man" had broken her heart, but never publicly confirmed it was Clooney.

Clooney and British television personality and DJ Snowdon met on the set of a commercial and dated on and off for five years. They reportedly still keep in touch.

The pair met on the set of Clooney's directorial debut, "Confessions of a Dangerous Mind," and dated on and off for three years.

The Oscar winners are rumored to have dated briefly in 2000.

Howard, who starred on "Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place," dated briefly.

The "Melrose Place" actress dated Clooney for a hot second. She's also been linked to Tiger Woods.

Celine Balitran and George Clooney dated for three years, after they met while he was filming in Paris in 1996. The French waitress and law student moved to Los Angeles shortly after their relationship began. A few years after their breakup, she married film director David Rosenthal, but alas, they divorced. Guess no one can match up to Clooney.

Karen Duffy was also rumored to have been Clooney's girlfriend at some point, but she has denied it in interviews, claiming she would never date a man with a pet pig.

Believe it or not, George Clooney actually got married many years ago, before he decided to be a professional playboy. He married Talia Balsam, currently on 'Mad Men', in Las Vegas in 1989. They divorced three years later.

Clooney dated actress Pfeiffer in the late 1980s and later costarred with her sister Michelle in "One Fine Day."

The wife of San Francisco mayor Gavin Newsom briefly dated Clooney.

There have been many rumors about Renee Zellweger having a brief affair with Clooney after she ended her relationship with Jim Carrey and again after her marriage to Kenny Chesney ended. Both Clooney and Zellwegger deny the rumors.

Clooney was rumored to be dating "Elementary" actress Liu. The pair were also caught kissing in 2006.

Clooney and Russell, who starred on "Head of the Class" and in "Ghost Dad," dated for three years after meeting on the set of a martini commercial.

Before she became John Travolta's wife, Kelly Preston was George Clooney's live-in girlfriend for two years in the late 1980's. Clooney gave her a potbellied pig as a gift, which he gained "custody" of after their split.
