The drummer for legendary rock band AC/DC has been charged with trying to arrange two killings, according to The Associated Press.
Phil Rudd, 60, appeared in a New Zealand court Thursday and was charged with trying to procure murder. If convicted, he could face up to 10 years in prison.
According to the Bay of Plenty Times, Rudd allegedly tried to hire a hit-man to kill two people, whose names were not released. He also was charged with possession of methamphetamine and marijuana, as well as threatening to kill.
Rudd, who was released on bail, is scheduled to appear in court again Nov. 27.
