Conan O’Brien is going on his first stand-up comedy tour in eight years.

The late-night show host and comedian announced the news on Twitter Wednesday. The 18-city tour, called "Team Coco Presents Conan & Friends: An Evening of Stand-Up and Investment Tips," starts in Washington Nov. 3, The AV Club reported.

"I'm hitting the road for an 18-city tour and bringing my funniest friends with me," O'Brien said in his tweet.

Those friends, appearing at various dates, include Rory Scovel, James Veitch, Marina Franklin, Taylor Tomlinson, Flula Borg, Deon Cole, Ron Funches, Laurie Kilmartin and Moses Storm.

Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. local time. Presale dates vary by venue.
