The rocker's pants split during a song, revealing that he was going commando -- and giving an eyeful to fans in the first few rows. He later laughed it off via a tweet featuring a text from Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler, who said, ""Dude, no underwear and pierced...You never showed me that..." It wasn't her first brush with a wardrobe malfunction: In Germany in 2005, Carey's dress fell apart, and she had to run off stage to have it fixed.

"Modern Family" Actress Sofia Vergara suffered a wardrobe malfunction at the 2012 Primetime Emmy Awards after her Zuhair Murad split down the back.

Anne Hathaway wore Tom Ford to the New York premiere of "Les Miserables" in December 2012, but she was miserable herself after she revealed she wasn't wearing underwear while exiting a car on the way to the event.

And unlike some other suspect incidents, this one had to be unplanned as Taylor was wearing what appeared to be large Spanx.

This week's front-runner on the ABC dance competition had some trouble with her top at the end of a jive with partner Derek Hough. Host Tom Bergeron provided cover while the rapper adjusted as she and Hough approached the judges table.
