Teri Hatcher to Participate in Triathlon

"Desperate Housewives'" leading lady Teri Hatcher is about to check something off her to-do list…participating in a triathlon.

According to People, the physically fit 44-year-old actress will lace up her sneakers and put on her swim cap for next week's Nautica Malibu Triathlon. Disney invited her to lead a team in the event to raise money for the Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

This invitation ironically came soon after Hatcher and a friend were talking about their "bucket lists." She told People, "I want to learn to play a couple of songs on the guitar. I want to learn a few of those fancy dances from one of those 'Dancing with the Stars' teachers. And I want to run a triathlon."
