Black, 21, who was also arrested last month at the Canadian border on gun and drug charges, was taken into custody by Miami-Dade police investigators as he arrived at the Rolling Loud hip-hop festival, according to WSVN-TV.

The rapper, whose real name is Bill K. Kapri, was arrested in April at the U.S.-Canadian border while crossing the Queenston-Lewiston Bridge. Police allegedly found an unpermitted loaded gun and marijuana during a search of Black’s vehicle.

Black is originally from Miramar, Florida, and is also facing criminal sexual misconduct charges in South Carolina.

WSVN reported the three-day Rolling Loud festival, billed as the largest hip-hop festival in the world, got off to a rocky start Friday night when concertgoers started brawling over reports of shots fired. The brawl didn't stop show headliners Migos and Cardi B, who performed Friday night as scheduled.
