Police are now involved in an investigation of the nude video that surfaced online of "Grey's Anatomy" star Eric Dane, his wife Rebecca Gayheart, and Miss U.S. Teen Kari Ann Peniche.
According to People.com, The LAPD has confirmed that detectives are investigating a DVD that they received from an unnamed source in July.
The LAPD tells People that the source claimed the DVD "contained images that could link celebrities engaging in illegal activity," but that the footage was leaked onto the internet before Police could determine if a crime was committed.
