Tobey Maguire is being sued by a bankruptcy trustee who's trying to reclaim money the actor won in an illegal poker ring. Which other celebrities like to gamble?

Do you think Tobey Maguire's Spidey sense tipped him off to the major lawsuit coming his way in June 2011? A bankruptcy trustee filed suit against the "Spider-Man" star and other celebrities attempting to reclaim more than $4 million won during unlicensed Texas Hold 'em poker matches held at high-dollar Beverly Hills hotels, according to court records. Maguire may be in the spotlight now, but he's not the only celebrity with a gambling habit.

Also cited in the lawsuit is "The Notebook" director Nick Cassavetes. According to court documents, the trustee is going after Cassavetes for $73,000 plus interest.

Matt Damon is not involved in the lawsuit, but he is said to have taken part in many of the Texas Hold 'em matches that Maguire and Cassavetes participated in. Maybe he found love for the game after his role in poker movie "Rounders?"

Do you think Leonardo DiCaprio looks like this when he's been dealt a good hand? The mega star is known for his love of gambling, and though he is not involved in the Maguire lawsuit, Leo often played poker with Spidey.

Charles Barkley also likes to place a bet. The former NBA player has admitted to losing more than $12 million to his gambling habit. Good thing he's got plenty of money to cover those losses.

Ben Affleck is another celebrity poker pro. The A-list actor even won the California State Poker Championship in 2004.

Is it any surprise that Charlie Sheen might like to gamble? During divorce proceedings with ex-wife Denise Richards, accusations surfaced that Sheen may have a gambling addiction, in addition to his other alleged bad habits. And amid the Sheen media storm in April 2011, the former "Two and a Half Men" star even partnered with a sports betting site to create WinningFantasySports.com.

This not a scene from a movie. Actress Jennifer Tilly is a pro poker player. She's pictured here playing in the World Series of Poker at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas in 2006. As of last year, Tilly's live tournament wins were in excess of $600,000.

"American Pie" star Shannon Elizabeth has competed in the World Poker Tournament Celebrity Invitational and also has the distinction of being named one of the "20 Hottest Women in Poker" by WPT Magazine.

Even Mr. Kotter likes to play a little poker. "Welcome Back, Kotter" star Gabe Kaplan began his poker career back in the 70s when he was still doing a lot of acting. Now Kaplan has all but left his acting career behind, but he's still heavily involved in gambling, with winnings exceeding $1.3 million.

While most celebrity gamblers prefer poker, singer Gladys Knight's game was baccarat -- that is before she kicked her habit in the late 80s. The "Empress of Soul" reached her limit with gambling when she lost a whopping $45,000 in one night at the baccarat table, entering a Gamblers Anonymous program shortly after.
