April is a month for comedians, with Jay Leno, Conan O'Brien, David Letterman, Eddie Murphy, Martin Lawrence and Jerry Seinfeld all being born then.

April 3, 1961: EDDIE MURPHY has twice the reason to celebrate, if he can put aside the bad feelings that exist between him and his ex-girlfriend. Angel Iris, his daughter with Melanie Brown, turns 1 the same day.

April 3, 1958: ALEC BALDWIN will celebrate his 50th birthday, then a week later, new episodes of "30 Rock" will air. Two reasons to party!

April 4, 1965: ROBERT DOWNEY JR. is proof you can be super, or a superhero, at any age. He brings a Marvel Comics character to life in "Ironman," released May 2.

April 7, 1964: RUSSELL CROWE is passionate about everything he does, which sometimes gets him into trouble. For his sake, let hope it's true that with age comes wisdom.

April 9, 1926: Men of all ages would would kill to celebrate their birthdays surrounded by Playboy playmates. Ah, to lead HUGH HEFNER'S life.

April 9, 1954: DENNIS QUAID and his wife, Kimberly, have two reasons to rejoice this year. Twins Thomas Boone and Zoe Grace had a medical scare shortly after they were born, but the babies are fine now.

April 12, 1947: DAVID LETTERMAN is the first of the late night talk show kings to turn a year older in April. We could give you the top 10 reasons that's great for him, but we'll let him and his writers do that instead.

April 12, 1956: ANDY GARCIA has something momentous to celebrate this year in addition to his birthday. Like others in his community, the Cuban-born actor rejoiced when Cuban dictator Fidel Castro stepped down in February.

April 14, 1977: Since SARAH MICHELLE GELLAR is no longer slaying the undead on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," she has to find other ways to stay in shape, and by the time she blows out the candles she will have added surfing to the list of ways to do that.

April 16, 1965: To celebrate the day and take a break all the press he did for "College Road Trip," perhaps MARTIN LAWRENCE needs to do just that: take a road trip. But try to avoid college campuses this time. Much more restful that way.

April 17, 1972: Just in time for her birthday, JENNIFER GARNER has been given a nickname by "The Ghosts of Girlfriends Past" co-star Matthew McConaughey, who dubbed her "Supermom." Garner has been sharing her parenting wisdom with the soon-to-be father. Perhaps McConaughey also should have given her a red cape.

April 18, 1963: The second late night talk show host born in April is CONAN O'BRIEN. We'll leave it to you to decide whether he, or his hair, gets funnier with age.

April 19, 1979: Everything KATE HUDSON touches turns to gold, like her recent movie "Fool's Gold." That should continue to be true as she ages because she has good genes: just look at her mother, Goldie Hawn.

April 19, 1968: ASHLEY JUDD won't be celebrating her 40th birthday with a national championship since her favorite team, Kentucky, got knocked out of the NCAA Tournament in the first round. At least husband Dario Franchitti, who drives in the Sprint Cup series, will have the day off to help make the milestone memorable.

April 22, 1937: JACK NICHOLSON is still sitting courtside at Lakers games, chasing women and generally having a good time. He has the heart of a 20-year-old in an (almost) 71-year-old's body.

April 24, 1934: SHIRLEY MacLAINE will turn 78, but if you count her past lives, she's hundreds of years old. She's still looking pretty good, considering.

April 24, 1942: Even a diva like BARBRA STREISAND can appreciate the joy in sharing. She and her friend Shirley MacLaine were born on the same day, and they celebrate together every year.

April 25, 1940: So AL PACINO is going to play surrealist Salvador Dali in an upcoming movie. Dali, the one who painted the melting clocks. Seems symbolic as Pacino edges a year closer to 70.

April 25, 1969: Do you think RENEE ZELLWEGER has spent any time looking back over her leading men as her birthday approaches? Because with co-stars such as George Clooney, Russell Crowe, Hugh Grant, Jude Law and Ewan McGregor, those thoughts would be as sweet as chocolate birthday cake.

April 28, 1981: This will be the last time JESSICA ALBA can celebrate her birthday without having to find a babysitter. She's due in early June.

April 28, 1950: JAY LENO completes April's late night talk show host trifecta. He is set to step down from "The Tonight Show" next year, so this could be his last birthday as a working man.

April 29, 1958: MICHELLE PFEIFFER has said that she thinks the roles she gets are more interesting as she gets older. What better reason to toast another year?
