Gwinnett County Public Schools bus drivers will deliver meals Tuesday and plan to do so on the other five “digital learning days” this school year.

Buses will run their routes, beginning at the first stops, from about 10:45 to noon, according to Communiqué, the district’s newsletter.

Employees of the School Nutrition Program will prepare the breakfasts and lunches. They are free of charge under a federal waiver.

The other digital learning days are Oct. 20, Nov. 9, Jan. 25, March 2 and March 22. On those days, students access lessons online but do not have virtual class time with teachers.
