The three partners behind Atlanta-based Fifth Group Restaurants have signed a lease with Cousins Properties for a new Mexican restaurant in downtown Atlanta's 191 Peachtree Tower, in a space formerly occupied by Il Mulino. The new restaurant is scheduled to open in the fall.

The downtown area, and the One Ninety One building in particular, "is the perfect location for us to serve both business diners and visitors in addition to our regular patrons," said Robby Kukler, an owner of Fifth Group. The company operates restaurants including South City Kitchen Midtown, La Tavola Trattoria and The Original El Taco.

The new restaurant will seat 195 guests. It will have traditional dining room seating as well as two bar areas.
