Chicago-based real estate services firm Jones Lang LaSalle, with a large Atlanta office, has won a contract to represent 5.65 million square feet of industrial space for lease. The portfolio includes 41 properties in three states.

In metro Atlanta, Jones Lang LaSalle will represent 10 properties totaling 1.8 million square feet in several distribution centers, including Atlanta West Distribution Center, Westfork Industrial Center and one in Suwanee Creek.

The properties are owned by IndCor Properties, a Chicago-based affiliate of Blackstone Real Estate Advisors. IndCor is the industrial real estate division of the large real estate investment firm.

The other properties are in Charlotte and Miami.
