The former headquarters of Gold Kist Foods in Dunwoody is on the market.

The three-story building at 244 Perimeter Center Parkway, which is on about 15 acres, includes two full-service restaurant kitchens, “magnificent executive office suites,” a modern conference center for up to 175 people, and a fitness center, according to Philadelphia-based Binswanger, the firm hired to sell the building.

Originally constructed in the 1970s, the building once was the corporate headquarters for Gold Kist (now Pilgrim’s Pride) and Cotton States Insurance.

Pilgrim’s Pride no longer occupies the building, and the rest of the tenants will be out by the end of April.

Binswanger says the building’s assets include its location near the Dunwoody MARTA station and one thousand feet of frontage along I-285.

According to real estate information firm LoopNet, the asking price is in the range of $25 million for the approximately 263,000 square foot building.

Binswanger is marketing the property for professional uses, including another corporate seat.
