Get a life! There really are Atlanta companies that want you to do that, as proven by the inclusion of Spanx and IgnitionOne's on The Muse's list of "18 companies with unbelievable work-life balance."
The Muse canvassed the country looking for workplaces delivering the most balance-friendly policies and environments. Flexible schedules, unlimited vacation and karaoke nights were just a few of the most alluring company contributions to employee work-life balance.

Santa Monica-based Cornerstone On Demand, for example, placed first due to its unlimited vacation and perks like daily in-office yoga sessions.
Each of the places on the top 18 list is also currently hiring.

Here are the Georgia-based companies that made the cut.

Spanx, the Atlanta-based company that has provided slimming apparel since 2000, landed at No. 9 on company's list.

"With a workforce that's made up of mostly women, Spanx has established a culture that's built around encouraging and empowering all of the company's female employees—including providing a certain degree of flexibility," The Muse noted.

Spanx' current job openings in metro Atlanta include a mid-level product development manager.

New York-based IgnitionOne landed at No. 10 on the list of companies with lavish work-life balance provisions. The marketing cloud technology and expert services brand also has offices in Atlanta.
Its ranking is explained by perks like gaming breaks and beer taps, along with encouraging travel-loving team members with client-site visits all over the world. IgnitionOne also welcomes furry four leggers at the office and offers weekly free lunches.

Job openings in Atlanta include a mid-level position as paid social manager.
