AJC Readers: some of you asked for the full list of executives announced this week as the future leaders of Coca-Cola's twin divisions in North America. Coca-Cola plans to set up a new structure once it takes over the bottling operations of Coca-Cola Enterprises.

After the $12 billion-plus deal closes, Coca-Cola Refreshments USA is envisioned as a bottling, sales and logistics operation, while Coca-Cola North America will largely be a marketing operation.

(Here are some terms you should know: Coca-Cola North America is abbreviated as CCNA, Coca-Cola Enterprises is CCE, and North America Business Integration is NABI.)
