Frank Ski's restaurant on 2110 Peachtree Road in Buckhead has a new name: Klass.

Klass has been seeking employees through Craig's List and Instagram.

Former V-103 morning host Frank Ski opened the restaurant in 2011 but left his gig with the station after 14 years at the end of 2012. In 2013, he joined an R&B station WHUR-FM in Washington D.C. and put the property's lease up for sale in February for $395,000 in cash and an $18,000-a-month lease.

But broker Steve Josovitz, who was handling the sale, told me Ski had texted him recently and informed him he was going to rebrand the restaurant under new management and give it another try.

Kevin Edwards, a club owner in town who also operates Kapture and Krave, is trying to give the place a modest makeover.

Ski himself has not responded to my inquiries about his restaurant so I am not sure how different the new restaurant will be compared to the one using his name.

Ski's efforts so far to syndicate his D.C. show into Atlanta has not worked.

Klass is holding a Cinco de Mayo party tonight, according to an Eventbrite posting. It starts at 5 and is free before 8 p.m.

A nightclub owner Kevin Edwards, who has filed for bankruptcy protection more than once according to a 2014 myajc.com investigation, appears to be involved in Klass,  based on his Instagram.

I'll update when I have time to stop by and check it out.
