Kevin McCall Jr., who has a daughter with "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Eva Marcille, was arrested Tuesday after tussling with cops at the Fulton County courthouse before a custody hearing over their five-year-old daughter.

UPDATE: McCall was granted an $11,000 bond Wednesday morning. His next court date will be November 20 at the Fulton County Courthouse.

McCall, 34, a rapper/producer, entered the Justice Center in downtown Atlanta Tuesday using Instagram live. Security told him this was not allowed. He began using profanity at the police officers.

According to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, he swatted away a sergeant’s hands. When another officer tried to detain him, he broke loose. When they tried to detain him again, he and the sergeant fell down an escalator.

Fulton County charged McCall with four misdemeanors: obstruction of a law enforcement officer, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and simple assault. There was one felony count for criminal damage to property in the 2nd degree.

Marcille has previously said while she was dating McCall, he became violent during her pregnancy with Marley Rae, according to a People magazine story.

“Then about a month after having Marley, it didn’t stop; it got worse,” Marcille, 34, said during “The Rickey Smiley Morning Show.” in April. “And it got worse with her.”

To People, he said Marcille’s allegations were lies.

McCall was arrested earlier this year and charged with domestic violence with another woman.

During an episode of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” last season, she also elaborated on McCall’s abuse.

“I still feel a sense of threat,” she said. “I have had to move five times, and I still feel a sense of uneasiness. He’s just so petty sometimes. I’ve walked outside of my balcony before and he’s been standing in the dark. And it is the scariest feeling ever.”

She refuses to co-parent with McCall. She is now married to attorney Michael Sterling and has had two other kids with him.

McCall is “not in my life, and he’s not in Marley’s life,” she told People last year. “I have full custody. Michael is Marley’s father. [Kevin] ain’t nothing but a memory.”
