CNN anchor Don Lemon said he's engaged to his boyfriend Tim Malone in an Instagram post this weekend.

Lemon, who hosts “CNN Tonight” at 10 p.m. weekdays, said Malone - a real estate agent - provided special collars to their dogs Boomer and Barkley “Daddy Will You Marry Papa?”

“How could I say no?” Lemon wrote.

Lemon, 53, lived in Atlanta working for CNN from 2006 to 2013. He came out in 2011, which was a big deal at the time.

He moved up to New York City soon after Jeff Zucker took over CNN. Zucker rewarded Lemon the 10 p.m. prime-time slot in 2014 and he has been there ever since.
