Atlanta rapper Young Dro – aka D’Juan Montreal Hart – is in a Clayton County courthouse this morning following a Thursday arrest.

Hart, known for his mixtapes and hits including “Shoulder Lean” and “FDB,” was arrested for violating the Georgia controlled substance act. The type of substance was not noted.

In March 2015, Hart was arrested in DeKalb County on a theft charge .

As of 11:30 a.m., Hart’s case was listed as pending.

Last fall, the rapper released his fourth studio album, “Da Reality Show,” on T.I.’s Grand Hustle label.
