Mountain View falls from No. 8 out of the Class AAAAAAA rankings after suffering a three-game sweep at the hands of No. 2 North Gwinnett. Woodstock falls from No. 5 to No. 7 after a loss to 10-13 Etowah, and Peachtree Ridge re-enters the rankings at No. 10. Lee County falls from No. 1 to No. 4 and Pope took over at No. 1 after a perfect week. Heritage-Conyers (No. 8) debuts in the Top 10 and Gainesville (No. 10) returns to the rankings. The top six stayed the same in Class AAAAA, but No. 7 Union Grove fell out after suffering a two-game sweep to Locust Grove, which is just outside the rankings. Decatur debuts in the poll at No. 10.

In Class AAAA, Stephens County falls from No. 3 to No. 9 after losing three close, low-scoring games to Jefferson, which moves to No. 7. North Oconee debuts at No. 8. No. 1 Ringgold and No. 2 Jackson remain at the top of Class AAA, and Bremen, Adairsville and Morgan County come in at Nos. 8-10. Benedictine falls from No. 2 to No. 10 in Class AA, and Harlem debuts at No. 9. In Class A-Public, Gordon Lee keeps a firm grip on No. 1 after a six-win week; Irwin County moves to No. 4 from No. 2 as Schley County moves up one spot to second. There wasn’t much movement in Class A-Private, as the top four stayed the same with Tattnall Square at No. 1. Calvary Day fell from No. 5 to No. 7 after a loss to Emanuel County Institute.
