Bobbi Kristina Brown's legally appointed conservator filed a civil lawsuit against Nick Gordon on Wednesday, alleging that he physically harmed her and took money from her, even as she has been hospitalized and comatose these past five months.
The legal action coincided with the family's decision to move Bobbi Kristina into hospice care and declare "she is in God's hands now."
Nick, who has been posting loving photos of him and Bobbi Kristina on his Twitter page, hasn't commented on the lawsuit but did post: "We keep praying, she has fought hard this long don't give up hope."

His lawyer has declined to comment.
Last month, following a stint in rehab, Nick implored Bobbi Kristina's family to let him visit, sending this message through his attorneys:
"Despite his strong desire to see Bobbi Kristina, Nick has respected the families' wishes for over 3 months and has refrained from visiting or from pursuing access to her through the courts," read the statement, issued by Nick's attorneys. "He has asked through counsel many times privately and now asks both the Browns and the Houstons, please let him see her."
Dr. Phil said Nick Gordon was "high as a kite" during the interview, which was conducted earlier this year in Atlanta.
Nick's brother Jack Walker later told "Extra's" AJ Calloway that he had become sober and had turned his life around.
The family apparently wasn't impressed; Bobbi Kristina's aunt blasted Nick's visit with Dr. Phil.
