In photos released exclusively by People the formerly stout Mama June shows off her svelte new style following weight-loss surgery and follow-up plastic surgery, extensive physical training and radically revamped nutritional practices. The incredible transformation came courtesy of her most recent reality-show foray, a stint on the WE channel's "Mama June: From not to hot."
