Oprah Winfrey is rarely at a loss for words. The queen of all media known for her iconic television show, her OWN network featuring shows like Atlanta-filmed "Greenleaf" and, more recently, her key role as a part-owner, pitchwoman (and client) of Weight Watchers, has a true gift of gab.

But during a visit to the Dr. Oz show, which airs at 3 p.m. weekdays on Channel 2, she was rendered momentarily speechless.

She and Rose Byrne visited to talk about her Atlanta-filmed HBO movie "The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks." Dr. Oz detailed some fascinating statistics about HeLa cells, as Lacks' biological material became known.

Then he handed Oprah an extraordinary gift and all she could say after a pause was .. "Wow." See the powerful moment here:
