Hillary Clinton, who bested Bernie Sanders in Nevada's Democratic caucuses over the weekend, worked in a trip to visit with Britney Spears during her time in the Sagebrush State.

Sen. Vincent Fort flips allegiance from Clinton to Sanders

"Being in Vegas for Piece Of Me is amazing for so many reasons... Especially when you get to meet Hillary Clinton!" Spears posted on Friday, along with the photo above.

The photo op wasn't exactly an endorsement. As Time reported, Brit initially included #ImWithHer, then later edited her post and lost the hashtag.

Tickets are on sale for Spears' current engagement at the 4,500-seat Axis at Planet Hollywood here.

As AJC political journalist Aaron Gould Sheinin reported, Nevada gave Clinton “a crucial win ahead of a round of votes in the South.

A defeat would have been a bitter blow for her campaign after her 22-point loss to Sanders in New Hampshire and narrow victory in Iowa.

Instead, the win gives her a shot of momentum ahead of next Saturday’s Democratic primary in South Carolina and the March 1 SEC Primary featuring votes in Georgia and seven other states below the Mason-Dixon Line.”
