Vietnamese Cajun food has started to thrive recently in metro Atlanta, and the marriage of the two cuisines seems like a perfectly natural pairing . AJC food and dining editor Ligaya Figueras recently visited Kajun Crab at 5000 Buford Highway in Chamblee to get a look at how Viet Cajun crawfish with house sauce and seafood boil are made.
