Atlanta chef Todd Richards is about to add even more to his already full proverbial plate.

Richards, along with Jackmont Hospitality, for which he serves as culinary director, is developing a barbecue restaurant in Atlanta's Westview neighborhood.

Tentatively titled Anderson’s Barbecue, the eatery, set to open by the end of March, will serve some of the dishes Richards perfected when he worked at now-shuttered Rolling Bones barbecue restaurant in Old Fourth Ward.

In addition to his work for Jackmont, Richards also owns Richards Southern Fried at Krog Street Market and recently released his first cookbook, the well-reviewed "Soul." 

Jackmont Hospitality, co-founded by former Atlanta mayor Maynard Jackson, owns and operates restaurants including actor/rapper Ludacris' Chicken + Beer and the James Beard Award semi-finalist One Flew South, both located in Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and TGI Fridays restaurants. Jackson's wife, Valerie Richardson Jackson, serves as Jackmont's Chairman of the Board.
