Savannah Sasser, who has served as the executive chef at Twain's Brewpub & Billiards in Decatur since 2012, is leaving the restaurant.

She will stay on board for the next month as Twain's hires a new chef.

"Savannah has been a wonderful team member for Twain's and it was such a pleasure to watch her grow in our kitchen," said Ethan Wurtzel, Twain's owner in a release. "While it is of course sad to see her go, we wish her the absolute best of luck, and we're also very excited to see what this new chapter of Twain's will look like with a new chef and our new brewmaster, Mike Castagno."
