Want an eye-popping view to go along with that vodka soda while you're watching a performance by your favorite band?
Atlanta Dairies, the mixed-use development being built at 777 Memorial Drive in Reynoldstown , will feature a music venue complete with a rooftop bar with skyline views. Agon Entertainment, owners of the Georgia Theatre and Variety Playhouse will work with Terminal West to open a multi-use facility that will operate as a special event space, concert hall and bar.
In addition, a diner, a barbecue restaurant and a bookstore cafe are already in the works at the development from Paces Property, the group behind the popular retail-and-dining complex Krog Street Market in Inman Park. The building served as a functioning dairy cooperative for more than 60 years before closing in 2004.
Atlanta Dairies is targeted to open in late 2017.
