Executive chef E.J. Hodgkinson is a brunch fanatic. He takes his brunch to hearth, using a special grill for flapjacks with apples and bourbon maple syrup or chicken fried chicken with over easy eggs and gravy. King + Duke’s Valentine’s brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 15.

Le Bilboquet’s brunch brings Parisian influences to the newly developed Buckhead Atlanta in a stand-alone jewel box establishment. If the weather is nice, dine alfresco, as if you were at a European cafe. Opt for classic French dishes such as the croque-madame, topped with an egg and a layer of bubbling cheese. Be sure to pair it with a slender glass of blushing mimosa made with Veuve de Vernay champagne, fresh squeezed orange juice and Crème Yvette. Brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 15.

You may not often think of Italian restaurants and brunch, but No. 246 puts its own spin on the meal, such as the breakfast pizza with farm eggs and pancetta tessa, or creamy polenta, known as the Italian version of grits. The atmosphere is convivial, and a prime location on Ponce de Leon Avenue is perfect for a post-brunch stroll through Decatur Square. Brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 14 and 15.

Paces & Vine

Chef Ian Winslade serves an acclaimed brunch at Murphy’s, and now he’s brought the same Southern-style farm-fresh dishes to Vinings. With a similar neighborhood vibe to that of its sister restaurant, Paces & Vine is a mix of polished, dark leather booths, planked ceilings and an arched separation between the dining room and bar. A traditional brunch menu also is offered, with favorites such as the corned beef hash with poached eggs and horseradish mustard sauce. Brunch will be served from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 14 and 15.
