Here are the stories that made a splash in the Atlanta food world this week.

The owner of Charleston's Queen Street Grocery is slated to open a grocery and cafe in Atlanta later this year, Eater Atlanta reports.

The market and cafe with patio -- which will be called "Everyday" and "Field Day," respectively --  will occupy the space at 668 and 670 Highland Ave. NE in Old Fourth Ward. The spaces were previously occupied by Mexican restaurant Across the Street and Across the Street Market, which closed in February.

Currently owned by actor Rob Bouton, Queen Street Grocery has had many incarnations since it opened in 1922, and now serves dishes including crepes and sandwiches and sells beer and wine.

Watershed on Peachtree has hired bar manager Alexandra Anderson and chef de cuisine Karl Gorline.

Marietta native Anderson previously worked behind the bar at The Lawrence in Midtown as well as bars in New Orleans and Miami, serving on the 2018 James Beard Award-winning team at Cure.

Gorline previously worked at restaurants in New Orleans and Mississippi (he met Watershed executive chef and owner Matt Marcus while both were working at Parlor Market in Jackson, Miss.).

Gong Cha Tea is set to open in Perimeter Mall in Dunwoody, Tomorrow's News Today reports. It will be the first southern location for the bubble team spot, which also has locations in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Texas.

Greek restaurant Vas Kouzina is now open at 942 Alpharetta St. in Roswell.

Archer's Place billiards hall and sports bar is slated to open at 2100 Roswell Road in Marietta in September, What Now Atlanta reports.
