If you are eager to see the opening of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, soon-to-be home of the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United, then come hungry. Food options await, including Molly B's, a chophouse-and-more with a Southern bent, whose August 26 opening was announced today.

The restaurant, named in honor of Molly Blank, mother of Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank, is a partnership between Mercedes-Benz Stadium and Concentrics Restaurants , the restaurant group behind Atlanta dining concepts  Two Urban Licks One Midtown Kitchen , TAP and Parish .

In keeping with the trend of stadium supping with an upscale bent, Molly B's will have a variety of stations, including a carving station, a raw bar and a dessert table. Besides chophouse cuts, look for baby back ribs, fried chicken and smoked brisket among meat offerings. The rotating menu was developed by Two Urban Licks chef Michael Bertozzi.

Molly B's will be located on the 100-level concourse on the northeast corner of the stadium, inside Gate 2, and with a view overlooking the field.

Ticket-holders and the non-ticketed alike will be able to enjoy Molly B's. But, it's complicated.

On game days for the Atlanta Falcons, the restaurant will be an all-inclusive, members-only experience through the end of the first quarter. It will close during the second quarter and re-open to all ticket-holders at halftime.

For Atlanta United matches, Molly B's will be a members-only club until kickoff. Then, it opens to all ticket-holders, serving a menu of small plates through game's end.

The restaurant will also be open on non-game days throughout the year. Initially, it will offer lunch, with dinner service to be added later. Entry will be through the stadium's main entrance.
