4 Rivers Smokehouse - The sprawling menu of smoked meats includes pork, chicken, turkey, burnt ends, pork and beef ribs, tri-tip, sausage and wings. In addition, try out sandwiches, a large selection of Southern-style sides, and a surprising number of vegetarian options with seasonal vegetables.

5 Church - Want lunch but don't feel like leaving your desk? This Midtown spot offers complimentary lunch delivery service in the Midtown Business District, from 11th Street and 15th Street and West Peachtree Street and Juniper Street. Choose from dishes including the lamb burger, grilled chicken club and grilled peach flatbread.

Atkins Park Va-Hi - Try some of the new seasonal fall dishes the Virginia-Highland restaurant has added to its lunch menu including herb-roasted airline chicken breast with fried okra and butternut squash gratin, pan-seared scallops with fried leeks, whipped cauliflower and herbed butter sauce and jambalaya skillet with chicken and andouille sausage.

Bytes - This newly-opened "digitally infused" space serves up brunch, lunch and dinner. The menu includes "small bytes" and a variety of pastas, pizzas, salads, desserts, milkshakes, specialty drinks and cocktails and wine.

Holler & Dash - Cracker Barrel's "millenial-focused" biscuit spot also serves up toasts, egg plates, salads, sandwiches and sides.

Molly B's - The only full-service, sit-down restaurant at the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium recently opened to the public for lunch, with offerings including salads, sandwiches, a burger and a fried chicken plate.

Muchacho - The Reynoldstown cafe from the team behind Ladybird Grove & Mess Hall offers a variety of tacos, poke, bowls and toasts, in addition to a full coffee program. Its sister restaurant, Golden Eagle, is set to open at the end of October.

Oak Steakhouse - The Avalon restaurant just launched its first lunch service from 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m., with an option for a 45-minutes "express ;unch." The menu's dishes include Thai beef salad; the croque madame with Benton's country ham, gruyere, mornay, a sunny side up egg and brioche; and the jumbo lump crab cake paired with warm mustard buerre fondue, pickled celery and apple salad.

Rose + Rye - The new Midtown spot from the team behind 1Kept is housed in an old castle and will begin offering lunch service in November.

Salata - The salad chain opened its first Atlanta location with a menu that offers an array of vegetables, fruits, cheeses, seeds and nuts, plus chicken, seafood and vegan proteins, and house-made dressings, which can be combined and customized in hand-tossed salads or several styles of salad wraps.

Saltyard - The south Buckhead restaurant launched its lunch service this month with dishes including soups; shared places such as a veggie board and a house-cured salmon board; salads such as kale salad with pickled shitakes, shaved red onion, feta and pecan vinaigrette; sandwiches such as a Sriracha-glazed salmon wrap with banh mi veggies and sesame aioli; and various desserts.
