The building, at the corner of North and North Highland , has been sold to Green Street Properties and closed for renovations, albeit in a slightly smaller footprint. The 9,600-square-foot bar will lose about 2,000 square feet along North Avenue, which will be converted into a separate unit to be leased by another business.
