Atlanta-based Moe’s Southwest Grill is set to unveil its new test kitchen and prototype restaurant in Kennesaw later this week.

The Oasis is slated to open Nov. 16 at 1450 Ernest Barrett Parkway and will feature an updated design and menu items currently being tested.

“Over the past 18-months we’ve taken a comprehensive look at our brand and intently listened to our fans in the process,” said president Bruce Schroder in a press release.

Though menu staples including burritos, bowls, stacks and quesadillas will continued to be served, new dishes will keep in mind dietary restrictions and “the on-demand economy.”

New menu items will begin to rollout system-wide starting next year, though they’ll also be available earlier at Moe’s locations at 6090 Roswell Road in Sandy Springs and in Braselton in addition to the Oasis.
