More ice cream on the Eastside Beltline becomes a reality today.
The third location of popular ice cream shop Butter & Cream is set to open its doors at 4 p.m. in the StudioPlex development at 661 Auburn Ave. NE, just south of Irwin Street, according to a post on the business’ Instagram account:

After opening its first location in Decatur in 2014, Butter & Cream expanded last year with a store in Roswell.
Owner Stacy Wisniewski's shop makes its own ice cream, sorbets, sauces, toppings, cookies and cakes , with rotating ice cream flavors including Freckled Chocolate, Blueberry Lavender and Milk Chocolate Stout.
Butter & Cream joins several other high-profile projects in StudioPlex, including the recently-opened Guac y Margy's and soon-to-open businesses including Nina + Rafi from Anthony Spina, Hawkers Asian Street Fare and Beetnix Juice Bar ; and cocktail and coffee bar The James Room from the team behind 18.21 Bitters.
