Several new restaurants are coming to Sandy Springs as part of the city's new mixed-use development City Springs.
The new eateries include:
- Café Vendome, which has an existing location in Sandy Springs and serves French pastries and breads, in addition to sandwiches, quiches and coffee.
- Flower Child, with a menu devoted to veggies, grains, fruits and healthy proteins with items including bowls, wraps, grains and salad.
- Nam Kitchen, from Alex Kinjo of MF Sushi, will serve Vietnamese dishes from executive chef Thuy Bich, who will use recipes from her mother, Ahn Hoang of NAM Midtown. The restaurant will also offer a full service bar featuring craft cocktails.
- The Select, from the team behind Vinings restaurant Paces and Vine, will be offer "comfort food with a slight French accent – light, bright and casually dressy," according to a press release, along with an extensive wine list.
The 14-acre City Springs development from the City of Sandy Springs, Selig Enterprises and Carter will feature a mix of retail, with an emphasis on health as well as a performing arts center, conference center, government offices, park and residential spaces.
The first tenants at City Springs -- which will also exercise concepts as SculptHouse and TURN Studio -- are set to open in early summer.
