Atlanta Dairies has a caffeinated new tenant.
Dairies Coffeehouse & Cold Brew Bar from Thrive Farmers opened this week at 777 Memorial Drive in the mixed-use development from Paces Properties.
The concept includes a 14-tap cold brew bar with rotating specials and 14 custom beverage blends. Also on the beverage list are mocktails, milkshakes and frappes.
The menu, from executive chef Bill Hogan features "clean eating" options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dishes include matcha smoothie bowls, oolong tea smoked salmon with créme fraîche, curry kale bowls with quinoa and Korean pork sliders.
"We listened to the voice of those we're serving to create an innovative gathering place that blends clean, hand-crafted cuisine with high-quality coffee, cold-brew, premium loose-leaf teas and more — items that don't usually coexist," said Dairies Coffeehouse founder Michael Jones. "We think it's time to redefine the coffeehouse experience, from the level of service and creative menu items we offer to the design of our space and impact-driven business model."
Dairies Coffeehouse is open from 6:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 6:30 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
Forthcoming tenants at Atlanta Dairies will have rolling openings beginning later this summer, featuring a mix of live music, restaurant, retail, and office space.
Previously announced tenants include Wonderkid, a diner concept created by King of Pops and Big Citizen; The Eastern, a live music venue by AEG and Zero Mile Presents; Three Taverns Imaginarium, an extension of Decatur's Three Taverns Brewery ; and Collier's from the team behind The Merchant.
