A Colorado-based chain that dubs itself a spot for “breakfast -- but different” is slated to make its metro Atlanta debut early next year.
Snooze: An A.M. Eatery will open early next year at 4600 Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, Tomorrow's News Today first reported and a representative for the restaurant confirmed to the AJC.
The Snooze staff, known as “Snoozers,” will serve up dishes including Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes, Breakfast Pot Pie and Snooze Spuds Deluxe, as well as customizable options such as the Pancake Flight and Benny Duo.
Drink offerings include staples including Bloody Marys and Mimosas in addition to coffee-based cocktails and morning margaritas.
The 4,100 square-foot space will feature an outdoor patio.
Snooze, which was founded in 2006 in Denver by brothers Jon and Adam Schlegel, has more than 36 locations throughout the U.S., including Arizona, California, Colorado and Texas. A Charlotte, North Carolina location is set to open next month. this June.
The restaurant prides itself on its efforts around sustainability and charitable giving, including diverting 90% of waste from landfills through composting and recycling and the 12 Months of Green program, which teaches the Snooze staff and customers about the impact that recycling and composting can make.
