Healthy fast casual concept Brack’s Kitchen is now open in Chastain Park.
Brack's made its debut today in the Buckhead Court shopping center at 3850 Roswell Road, Tomorrow's News Today reports.
The concept from Braxton “Brack” Rowe, an Athens native who previously owned several Moe’s Southwestern Grill and Newk’s franchises, offers a variety of signature salads and bowls, most made with locally-sourced and organic ingredients.
Menu items include the Saturday in the Park bowl made with roasted sweet potatoes, garlic roasted mushrooms, Thai seared green beans, organic tri-colored quinoa, super slaw, toasted sunflower seeds, black-eyed pea falafel and jalapeño pinapple vinaigrette; Brack’s Fresh Catch made with ahi tuna poke, sweet potato glass noodles, Thai seared green beans, citrus marinated avocado, edamame, English cucumber, roasted bell peppers, crispy wontons, toasted sesame sauce, red onion and fresh cilantro; and salads including the 30A made with grilled Gulf shrimp, lettuce mix, red onion, English cucumber, citrus marinated avocado, balsamic marinated cherry tomatoes and cilantro lemon herb vinaigrette.
There are also build-your-own bowl options, as well as kids bowls and sides.
Beverage options include sodas from Stubborn Soda, teas, beer, juices and wine.
