A new concept is coming to Glenwood Park, and it could be the first of many locations.

Festivals Jerk Chicken Grill is set to open in early 2017 at 925 Garrett St. in Atlanta, What Now Atlanta reports.

Owner Winston Ferguson said the fast-casual Jamaican concept will be the first of 12 planned locations in metro Atlanta. He likened Festivals -- named for the traditional Jamaican fried fritter similar to cornbread that will be served with every meal -- to Moe's or Pollo Tropical in its potential reach.

The menu on the restaurant's website features dishes including jerk chicken, pork and fish; jerk wings; hoagies and flatbreads; tacos and quesdillas; salads; and a variety of side dishes including fried cassava and steamed vegetables. The restaurant is also set to serve beer and wine, as well as desserts.

AJC has reached out to Ferguson for comment.
