A coffee house/cafe and department store are the newest tenants announced for the new Atlanta Dairies development at 777 Memorial Drive in Grant Park.
THRIVE Farmers coffee wholesaler will open a cafe in a 2,000 square foot-space featuring a menu "from a farmer-focused foundation, including artisan, handcrafted food, and additional beverage choices that empower producers globally."
In addition to the cafe, Paces Properties also announced a Collier's Department Store will join the tenants at Atlanta Dairies.
The development has already brought on a music venue with a rooftop bar , as well as an unnamed diner and barbecue restaurant .
In addition, The Yard will offer an acre of outdoor space for customers to drink and play games.
The Atlanta Dairies project is set to open in late 2017.
