These are the stories that created buzz on the metro Atlanta dining scene this week:
•Brklyn Kitchen & Lounge is set to Monday, March 18 at 12 W. Peachtree Place NW in Atlanta, What Now Atlanta reports. The spot will feature Junior's Cheesecake from New York and a selection of lobster, steak, pizza and Caribbean dishes, as well as hookah.
•Loyal Q & Brew turned into a second location of Loyal Tavern this week at 4800 Lower Roswell Road in Marietta. The new Loyal Tavern features a menu of bar food including burgers, wings, small plates and larger entrees and an extensive selection of craft beer, bourbon and whiskey. The bar will open an outdoor dining area in April. Loyal Q & Brew opened in Marietta in August 2017, with a second location that followed in Alpharetta. The first Loyal Tavern debuted in Roswell in 2018.
•Clutch is set to open soon at 1860 Corporate Blvd. NE in Brookhaven in the space previously occupied by Montie's Public House, Tomorrow's News Today reports. The spot will feature live music, a comedy night and themed events. Owner Lemont Bradley also owns Auto Spa Bistro in Home Park.
•Three Dollar Cafe closed Feb. 4 at 1000 Northside Drive, What Now Atlanta reports. There are 10 remaining locations in metro Atlanta.
•Betty Marshall, former Sam's Club VP of Operations, has been named CEO of Slim & Husky's, which is set to open two locations in Atlanta this year.
