A new Japanese concept is officially opening its doors on Monday, and celebrating with a grand opening event.
Fúdo -- from restaurateurs John and Grace Lee, who also own Alpharetta and Cumming steak and sushi concept, Ichiban -- offers a menu of made-to-order sushi and other Asian dishes, as well as sake and cocktails.
The space features metal elements, wood accents and tables, a dog-friendly patio with retractable windows and an interactive sushi bar.
The restaurant’s free grand opening celebration will be held from 4-9 p.m. Jan. 7 with complimentary wine, craft beer and sake tastings, and special sushi and small plate offerings including Hunger Games roll, Devil Roll, Spicy Mega Tuna roll, Pokémon Roll, Audi roll, Spring Rolls, Brussels Sprouts and Pan-Seared Dumplings.
Fúdo is open from 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and from 11 a.m.-midnight Friday to Saturday.
