Update: Newton County under a tropical storm watch until Wednesday night

An updated tropical storm watch was issued by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 2:14 p.m. in effect until 10:15 p.m.

"WIND - LATEST LOCAL FORECAST: Below tropical storm force wind - Peak Wind Forecast: 25-35 mph with gusts to 55 mph," says the NWS.
