One person was taken to a hospital with minor injuries following a multivehicle crash that shut down all northbound lanes of I-75 in Henry County for just over an hour Wednesday, police said.

Henry County police confirmed the lone injury in the interstate pileup that happened around 11 a.m. The crash at the Ga. 138 exit involved at least five vehicles, according to the WSB 24-hour Traffic Center.

“Emergency responders are on scene working to reopen lanes, there is no estimated time of clearance, and all motorists traveling in this direction are advised to use alternate routes or give extra time for travel,” the Georgia Department of Transportation said in an alert.
