The winter weather is over, according to Channel 2 Action News.

“A freeze, a frost? Nope, we’re done,” Channel 2 meteorologist Katie Walls said.

Temperatures will hit the 80s each day through Monday.

“The sun is shining,” Walls said. “It’s a beautiful day.”

Temps have already surpassed the 72-degree average high for this time of year, and Atlanta is expected to reach a high of 82.

Currently, the temperature is 81 degrees in Atlanta.

"Unfortunately, though, those warm temperatures, these May-like numbers, aren’t helping our pollen situation,” Walls said.

The pollen count increased from 1,967 Wednesday to 2,224. This time last year, the pollen count was 536.

And there’s no relief in sight, allergy sufferers. There is only a 10 percent chance of rain Thursday.

Highs are forecast to hit 81 Friday, 80 Saturday and 81 Easter Sunday and Monday, Channel 2 reported.
