Three-star athlete from Nashville, Tenn. Jaylon King became Georgia Tech’s 10th verbal commit on Thursday afternoon.

King, 6-foot-1, 170 pounds, chose Georgia Tech over Cincinnati, Indiana, Louisville, Memphis, Mississippi, Princeton, Purdue, Southern Miss, Tennessee and Vanderbilt, according to 247 Sports.

The senior cornerback at Ensworth High School announced his commitment on Thursday on Twitter writing, “Proud to say that I'll be furthering my academic and football career at Georgia Tech.”

King, ranked No. 14 on 247 Sports list of top 2018 recruits in Tennessee, was the first of two recruits to commit to Georgia Tech on Thursday along with 3-star offensive guard Mike Maye.
