For probably the first time this season the Falcons went through a week in which none of their active players were limited by injuries in practice.

It’s a perfect time for good health for the Falcons, who will face the Seahawks in an NFC divisional playoff game on Saturday at the Georgia Dome.

“Having everybody at practice, that’s a big factor because it allows all of the guys to be featured,” Falcons coach Dan Quinn said Thursday. “Sometimes when a guy is injured and may be limited in practice, you say ‘OK you take this rep’ when it’s really going to be for someone else (in the game). To have everyone here it just gives you confidence that you can do the plays at full speed. That’s what you are doing during the week. How fast can you practice?”

Four key Falcons players were limited by injuries late in the regular season: tight end Austin Hooper (knee), defensive end Adrian Clayborn (knee) and wide receivers Julio Jones (toe) and Taylor Gabriel (foot).

Two starters, cornerback Desmond Trufant and tight end Jacob Tamme, are on injured reserve but the Falcons have had time to adjust. Trufant missed the final seven games and Tamme missed the last eight.
