After their Super Bowl run, the Atlanta Falcons are predicted to win 9.5 games next season according to Vegas odds and the SportsLine Projection Model.
For his projections list, SportsLine’s Daniel Lewis included both the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook’s current odds for the 2017 NFL season as well as SportsLine projection model that simulated the NFL regular season 10,000 times.
Vegas odds and SportsLine both predicted the Falcons will win 9.5 games this season.
“The offense has more than enough firepower to hit these marks, but questions remain on defense,” Lewis wrote. “Some offseason investments in that area make Atlanta a great bet to hit double-digit wins again this season.”
The only teams with higher win projections than the Falcons were the Green Bay Packers (10.5 wins and 10.7 wins), the New England Patriots (12.5 wins and 12.3 wins), the Pittsburgh Steelers (10.5 wins and 9.9 wins) and the Seattle Seahawks (10.5 wins and 10.1 wins).
