Swilling Brothers to play in Louisiana High School semifinals

Georgia Tech commits Bruce Jordan-Swilling and Tre Swilling and the Brother Martin Crusaders will advance to play in the semifinal round of the Louisiana Select Prep Classic Championship against No. 2 Scotlandville High School on Friday night.

Brother Martin defeated Catholic- Baton Rouge 28-0 on Nov. 18 in the semifinal round.

Scotlandville, the Crusaders’ opponant on Friday night, beat St. Augustine High School 27-20 in Friday night’s quarterfinals, a team that the Crusaders lost to 24-18 in the regular season.

Brother Martin finished the regular season 7-3 and entered playoffs ranking No. 6.

The winner of Friday’s game will move on to play the winner of John Curtis Christian and Evangel Christian Academy in the Prep Classic Championship Game in New Orleans, La. at the Super Dome.
